Michael Cardascia brings over three decades of dance education experience to the stage and studio. As Co-Director of Dance Xtreme, he has shaped a generation of dancers with his signature blend of discipline, encouragement, and heart. Specializing in lyrical, jazz, and technical development including turns, progressions, and core training. Michael is a standout in both instruction and choreography, with dozens of awards and national championships and a long list of title-winning students to his name.

Beyond accolades, Michael is deeply committed to helping young dancers grow into confident, kind, and resilient individuals. His approach is personal as he takes time to understand how each student learns, ensuring every dancer feels supported and seen. His studio is more than a training ground; it’s a home, filled with laughter, learning, and life lessons that stretch far beyond the stage.
